The owner is Greg Bertaux is a licensed environmental consultant (CIEC), professional engineer and licensed mold assessor and mold remediator. He has worked in life sciences and construction for over 35 years and is viewed as the foremost expert in his field, serving residential and commercial clients.

Greg regualarly serves as a legal expert witness supporting attorneys and their clients in a multitude of cases related to building defects, mold, moisture intrusion, and insurance claims/denials.
